The term "free swag" has been a buzz term/phrase recently. It's origins come from Hollywood events that would shower the celebrities with a bag of free stuff. This free stuff became better known as 'swag'.
Why has the word become part of our everyday vernacular? Simple. We all love FREE STUFF!
In recent years, the web has been inundated by a new generation of websites offering free stuff. People can search the web, do downloads, clicks buttons, invite freinds, just about anything you can imagine to earn this free swag.
